Topic: Minnesota Power reported zero customers taking service under its electric vehicle (EV) tariff. Is this amount consistent with similarly situated electric utilities? If not, should the Commission make changes to the Company’s tariff and/or marketing strategy to increase participation?

MN Power is failing. We know there are many EV's in use in their service territory. They should be actively cultivating the growth of EV penetration. Better programs and marketing are obviously needed.
