The initial issuance of interim rate refunds was mishandled. I contacted CenterPoint to correct this error and received unsatisfactory help. I contacted the PUC on December 12th. The PUC was able to persuade CenterPoint to properly handle the matter. I received a check from CenterPoint on December 24th. This check accurately reflected the proper refund.
