I would like to make a comment in regards to the lighting of the turbines at night. I live in close proximity to this project. I would prefer the red lights instead of a blinking white strobe light at the top of the turbine. I am surrounded by turbines from other projects. One turbine approximately 3 miles away has a white blinking light on at dusk and through the night. I find it most irritating.
