Is this newly applied location-specific VOS methodology appropriate? If implementation of the methodology is correct and appropriate, are the input values and subsequently calculated location-specific results correct and appropriate? If implementation of the location-specific methodology is either not correct or not appropriate, how could it be corrected and/or improved?
