I have been completely let down by Frontier time and time again. I’m so frustrated that they are the only internet provider in our area. My parents and their neighbors live on a farm and have switched to hughsnet due to the poor service. I’m a nurse and currently use the internet to obtain my masters degree online. My husband is working on a teaching degree online. We also use the internet for our television supplier. Therefore switching to a data plan internet provider is not an option. A year ago, I was paying $36 for internet. For the same plan I now pay $53. My bills when gone up every month while my internet service has gone down. I restart our router once per day due to it malfunctioning. Many times our internet cuts out and doesn’t work. I’ve called a couple dozen times. I begged them to send someone to the house. We’ve done some remodeling so I wanted to make sure it’s all reconnected right. After all I have random wires sticking out of the wall.. it’s probably a fire hazard. The service representatives magically get disconnected but after some persistence I got through to one. They said they’d send someone out and set up a time but no one ever came. When I called they told me my internet appears to be working fine now. I said yes but it will stop working throughout the day. They refuse to fix it and were often times very rude. In regards to my increasing bill, they continue to tell me my promotions have run out and i don’t qualify for more. My bill keeps going up and there seems to be nothing I can do about it.. I’m very frustrated and I just hope another internet provider moves into the area soon.

We have nothing but problems with Frontier, I remember when we moved out here and they were the only company for phone service and they were charging us for 1800 numbers that are toll free and now the internet that is terrible, and they keep getting away with it and we have no choice at this point because we have no one else
