Yes they should as we as customers are told lies every time we contact them and I have had the worst internet and have been paying the top buck. SCAM!!!!!! I can have my router next to my computer, tv or what ever and it sits there and searches and searches

Our difficulty with Frontier Communications is that we are rural and they have a monopoly on our internet service. We have extremely slow internet, 3.96 mbsp download and .55 upload, streaming is difficult, if not impossible. We need to get rid of Frontier's only option, a DSL phone connection and get something with an optic fiber. Please give the money to Jaguar (Owatonna) to service us, they do a good job and they are in the area. Right now, Frontier has a monopoly on our service, they are the only thing available and they aren't interested in getting us better internet service.
