approve the proposal, current situation with Frontier, were out of town over the weekend came home Sunday night picked up phone to check voice mails no dial tone, internet was still connected, called Frontier they said just check all phones to make sure they are connected, did that nothing happened, call again Monday morning explained what had happened, representative tried to call our # and just got voice mail she said she would send someone out earliest appointment available was Tuesday August 20th so we are still without phone service and this is unacceptable
