Not enough review or discussion on how internet speed slows down consistently in the evening, often time slows to .05 or less Mbps. I'm paying for a minimum of 6 mbps. Where is my credit back for slow speed. Slow speeds produce constant buffering. Devices won't work.

My problem has been consistent issues with being able to access customer service,
I have had a cable laying across my yard that needs to be buried by Frontier and it took multiple attempts to reach someone to set up this repair.
I waited on the phone on hold for 1 1/2 hrs the first try with still no answer and the second time almost 30 minutes on hold , still without the call being answered. Today I went online to try and do an online chat with a Frontier customer service rep and was # 25 "In queue". I finally was able to chat with someone after a 1 hour wait!
Why are you wasting taxpayers money as a commission if you do not regulate Frontier? Frontier consumers should only have to pay for 10-50% of their bills because of the terrible service from Frontier. Internet speeds are like dial up! As you drive home from work today remember we pay for your car, your house and we will ask for reconciliation at the next election.
