The first time I received a notice saying my service will be subject to disconnection in my lifetime. The cost was nearly half of what I make in a month as an educator. I have to choose if the money goes toward supporting my four children needs or pay the electricity. I do not qualify for assistance as three of my daughters are in college and no father support is given. Not Looking forward to a dark future with cold running water. Help is needed!
